Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of abdulshakoor.co and any link building, digital PR, press release distribution, or related services (the “Services”) provided by Abdul Shakoor . By engaging our Services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide off-page SEO services, including but not limited to guest posting, niche edits, digital PR campaigns, press release distribution, competitor backlink analysis, and related link building and reporting services (“Services”), as agreed in a proposal, order form, or written communication between the parties.
2. Engagement & Scope
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be confirmed in writing (email or a signed agreement) before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project, keyword, anchor text, or content request that we believe violates search engine guidelines, is misleading, illegal, or otherwise conflicts with our editorial and quality standards.
Deliverable timelines (e.g., placement counts, delivery windows) are estimates based on typical publisher response times and are not guaranteed to the day, given that outreach depends on third-party editorial acceptance.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about your website, business, and goals necessary to carry out the Services
Review and approve content (guest posts, press releases, anchor text) within a reasonable timeframe when approval is part of the process
Ensure you have the right to use any brand names, trademarks, images, or claims you ask us to include in content
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4. Payment Terms
Fees are as set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or order form.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before work commences for one-off projects, or on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) for ongoing retainers.
Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Because outreach and placement work involves real costs and third-party commitments once initiated, fees for work already performed or placements already secured are non-refundable.
Ongoing monthly engagements may be cancelled by either party with [30 days’] written notice; work delivered up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Specific refund conditions, if any, will be set out in the applicable service agreement or package terms.
6. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results
Search engine rankings, traffic, and AI Overview or AI answer visibility are influenced by many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and platform behavior. While we apply industry best practices and report transparently on placements and campaign activity, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, revenue outcomes, or inclusion in any AI-generated answer or summary.
7. Publisher Placements
Guest post, niche edit, and press release placements depend on third-party publisher acceptance, editorial standards, and availability. While we work only with vetted, editorially-run publishers, we cannot guarantee that any specific publisher will accept content, nor that a live placement will remain published indefinitely, as publishers may update or remove content at their own discretion outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
Content we create specifically for a client engagement (e.g., a guest post draft) is licensed to the client for the purposes of that placement upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Our website content, branding, and proprietary processes remain the property of Abdul Shakoor and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. White-Label & Confidentiality
For agency and white-label engagements, we will not contact your end clients directly and will maintain confidentiality regarding the subcontracted nature of the work, except where disclosure is required by law. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, pricing, or client information shared during the engagement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abdul Shakoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content, claims, or materials you provide to us for use in campaigns, including any that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the breach is not cured within a reasonable period after written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of non-payment, illegal use, or abusive conduct.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction / Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction / Country], unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly.
